Where there is a great popularity in something called
mixed martial arts, MMA, we offer something better, more traditional,
safer and more fulfilling called Comprehensive Martial Arts.
Some believe that we can “take the best from others and mix them
together”. In truth, these fighting styles
are so different that cross-training without an expert can actually
be damaging (some training regiments have even met with lawsuits due
to damages received for following their regiment). Cross training
requires the supervision of a master in each of these styles so that
you build the body up both in self-defense and in over all health.
After all, we want to train
for a lifetime keeping our youthful energy even into our 60s and 70s.
This full-featured and comprehensive martial art is Kuk Sool Won.
It is tried and true and has stood the test of time.
